When procrastination ends

Louis L'Amour, the great writer of the American West, born in Jamestown, North Dakota, said something about "procrastination" that I think of quite often:

We accept the verdict of the past until the need for change cries out loudly enough to force upon us a choice between the comforts of further inertia and the irksomeness of action.

To me, that's so true and so powerful. Where are you on a decision you have to make?
